Every two years, PennDOT updates the Twelve Year Program (TYP). Public participation is an important component of updating the TYP. In preparation for the 2019 TYP update, the STC evaluated Pennsylvania’s transportation system as part of the Transportation Performance Report. The 2017 Transportation Performance Report showcases progress and identifies needs in the areas of safety, mobility, preservation, accountability and funding.
To collect public feedback for the 2019 Twelve Year Program update, the STC has an open comment period from March 6 through April 19, 2017. If you have transportation concerns, please consider joining us for our online public meeting on March 21, and taking our transportation survey using the links provided below. The online public meeting will be held March 21, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. Join STC Chair and PennDOT Secretary Leslie Richards for an interactive online meeting where you will hear about the 2017 Transportation Performance Report and have your questions answered live.

Take the Transportation Survey (March 6 - April 19)
