2019 Twelve Year Program Update Survey Results

Every two years, the State Transportation Commission (STC) and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) update the current Twelve Year Transportation Program (TYP). To invite public input, the STC hosted a six-week open comment period beginning March 6, 2017 which included an online public meeting and survey.

This interactive map contains the survey responses. Please follow the instructions below to begin.

1. Select Search by Region to sort the results by County, Planning Partner, or PennDOT District. Or, select Go to Map to use your mouse to click and drag to a specific region.
2. Click on each point to view a pop-up window with the comment details.

Please note: The data represents survey feedback provided by the general public. The feedback will be considered as part of the Twelve Year Program (TYP) update. Only geographic locations represented by a check mark icon are projects that are currently programmed on the TYP. Comments with inappropriate, derogatory, or personal references were modified.
